Our intention is that you will sell our products as food supplements as well. We cannot take any responsibility for claims made or implied by you or any member of your staff

Natures Only Choice requires all retailers to abide by our Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy. Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) is the practice whereby resellers agree to maintain a minimum sale price on products, even after discounting. It is our unilateral policy to allow 24 hours for retailers whose advertising of products fails to display a price equal to or greater than the MAP to bring advertising into compliance or Natures Only Choice will suspend the account for a period of 90 days for the product in Question. Subsequent violations of the MAP policy will result in account suspension for 6+ months. This policy applies to all forms of dealer advertising media including but not limited to mailings, catalogs, the Internet and other electronic networks

Natures Only Choice does not permit any new sellers on Amazon or EBay. Any unauthorized dealer, without prior written permission, found selling on Amazon or EBay will have their account subject to termination and/or legal consequences due to unlawfully using Natures Only Choice Intellectual Property.

All retailers must first be approved by Natures Only Choice management prior to having their application accepted and prior to being listed on our online Retailer Listing. Along with supplying your Resale License on this form, a copy of the Resale License must be received by Natures Only Choice via email (naturesonlychoice1@gmail.com) in order to waive sales tax on all orders.

Natures Only Choice has a 100% Customer Satisfaction refund policy on our products (excluding shipping and handling charges.) Unopened product may be returned for any reason but must be done within 30 days from the original purchase date. Opened product will not be accepted for refund or credit unless the product is found to be defective or lacking in acceptable quality.

FREE SHIPPING is offered to wholesale accounts with domestic orders of at least $500 weighing less than 70lbs. Natures Only Choice reserves the right to select Free Shipping arrangements. You may request special shipping services for a fee, please contact customer service with your request.
